Welcome to Buddy’s Flower Service. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), placing an order, or utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must stop using the Site and services.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old or the legal age required to purchase hemp-derived products in your state or locality.

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the order process.

  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase and use of our products.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and information about the products listed on our Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, or error-free.

Third-Party Testing: All products are third-party lab tested for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If you have concerns about the potency or ingredients of any product, we encourage you to review the product’s lab report or contact us for more information.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following:

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the product description or pricing, or suspected fraud.

  • Payment: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), and cryptocurrency. All payments are processed securely.

  • Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations are only permitted if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched for delivery. Please contact us immediately at buddysflowerservice@gmail.com or call 910-232-8551 to request a modification.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Wilmington, NC, and surrounding areas. If you’re outside of our delivery area, please contact us for possible alternatives.

Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are based on distance from our warehouse. You can view delivery fees and availability during the checkout process. Free delivery is available for orders over $100.

Delivery Times: We strive to deliver all orders within 2-4 hours of placing your order. Same-day and express delivery options are available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors.

Order Tracking: Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns Policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we will accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours at buddysflowerservice@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed for approved returns once the product has been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched for delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at 910-232-8551.

7. User Accounts

You may create an account on our Site to streamline the ordering process, track your orders, and manage your loyalty points through Buddy’s Buds Rewards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the Site.

8. Buddy’s Buds Rewards Program

Our loyalty program allows customers to earn points with every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts and other rewards. Full details on how to sign up, earn points, and redeem rewards can be found on our Loyalty Program Page.

Misuse of Rewards Program: Misuse or fraudulent activity within the loyalty program will result in account suspension and forfeiture of loyalty points.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Buddy’s Flower Service or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Site without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Buddy’s Flower Service is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site, our products, or our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our products are offered “as is” and without warranties of any kind.

11. Governing Law
